"The goat project helps church members to alleviate poverty. Goats are given to families to rear and the first female kid born is used to pay back to the church so that another family can benefit. Missionary Amos shared that this arrangement of goat rearing will help every family involved to send their children to school."
"I would like to say a big thank you to those who have helped me to have the sewing machine. It helps me to feel useful and important in my home, church and community. As a female I am obliged to stay at home because of the customs in our village. Before I received the sewing machine, I had no income or means to help others who were in need. I hesitated to go to weddings or parties because I did not have good clothes to wear. Now I am thankful to the Lord! People know I have a sewing machine and I am getting jobs to do for people in our community. Now I feel that I exist and I am valuable. Many believers visit me and I have jobs to do for them. I have also met a brother in Christ and our relationship is going well and most probably we will get married. To God be the glory and thank you for your help and care. It has meant a lot to me and my family. God bless you."
